I am a Colorado transplant from Kansas, having moved to Breckenridge in 1994. I started fishing as a young boy, spending many days around rural bass ponds with my oldest brother and grandfather. Upon my move to the mountains I began fishing with a fly rod exclusively for all the species that swim here in the high country. I believe that there is not a day on the water where I don’t learn or see something new, and whether by foot or by boat I most enjoy sharing these experiences with my clients. Having fly fished in Florida, Belize, the Bahamas, Mexico and throughout the U.S. I’ve learned many techniques to play this wonderful game we play. As I enter my 9th year guiding I look forward to a day of fishing with you and all of the wonders that await us on the water. When I’m not on the water I spend my time outdoors with my wife Nicole and our two Labradors.
