The Spear Ranch is an ideal Colorado property and is exclusive for the Mountain Angler guide service. Located near Alma, CO, Speer Ranch consists of over a 1/2 mile of the Middle Fork of the South Platte River. This section of water has undergone stream improvement which has dramatically increased the trout population. This is predominantly a brown trout fishery, with the occasional rainbow or brookie. This is a moderately difficult wading stream and is an ideal property for anglers of all experience levels.

This ranch may be booked with a Full Day Wade Trip if combined with another half day private ranch (Wooly Bugger or Maefly Ranch) OR a public water fishing location for the other half of the day.
Private Water Rod Fees are additional fees, on top of Guide Fees.
Private water access requires Mountain Angler guide. No exceptions.
